Ingredients: 62% wheat flour, 25% sugar, 3% skimmed milk, 5% modified starch, baking powder - foaming agent (E500i), salt, vanilla flavor, xanthan gum (E415)
Instructions for use:
Step 1: Put 2 eggs + 1 pack of fresh milk in a stirring bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Add 200 g of hot cake mix powder and stir gently.
Step 3: Heat the pan with a moderate temperature.
Step 4: Pour 1 patch of prepared mixture into the pan (no need using cooking oil), pour the mixture from top to bottom so that the cake has a round shape.
Step 5: Bake for 3 minutes with a small fire, after the bubbles appear, turn over the cake.
Step 6: Continue baking the remaining face for 2 minutes with low heat and remove the cake.
