MADE BY ORDER GUIDES

1. SERVICES EXPLANATION:
   1. Goods ordered are special, not yet available, they have to be pre-ordered
   2. Most of these services are only aprovided to members – member online
   3. If some goods ordered have been imported by mimidoin before, customer will receive the goods earlier
   4. Some goods require more time, especially those requiring special permit, which requires the "Product Release" procedure, taking into account the specific tariff line.
   5. In return, customers can get their own unique products with special quality and superior class

2. PURCHASING ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Customer need to SIGN IN member Account   or via https://mimidoin.com/login

Step 2: Customer accesses to “Orders” through the symbol  or link : https://mimidoin.com/login

Step 3: Customer selects the available goods on the list (promotional order, hot order), or fill in the form "order":

Step 4: mimidoin will confirm customers’ orders via email or telephone, or other forms of guarantee, in some cases you will not have to advance money

Step 5: mimidoin checks, compares & sets up shipping order

Step 6: From this step, the customer was able to follow the order’s status via http://mimidoin.com/history-payment or click  on top of the page

Step 7: delivery through shipping service of mimidoinGO of mimidoin, and only this service, we do not accept any other shipping services outside.

Step 8: Buyers receive goods and check. Please note that buyers receive enough voucher, warranty, invoice, and sign in receipt

Step 9: Buyers are satisfied and completely confirm the order on Order Management page of mimidoin.com, and they do not have any complaints about the goods received. (If after the goods have sent to buyer, but buyer still does not confirm the completion, the system will complete this order within 3 days from the time when this delivery is completed, and customer is considered to be satisfied and there are no complaints about the goods received.
