PAYMENTS INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE ON MIMIDOIN.COM

Mimidoin offers 5 forms of payment:

1. Method 1: COD

COD stands for Cash On Delivery which means that customers will pay when they receive goods..

FAST FOOD AND DRINK

  1. This form can uses to all fast food and drink orders
  2. It is also available for orders by phone 1900.63.65.60 or email: sale@mimidoin.com

 

OTHER JAPANESE GOODS:

  1. This form is NOT available to all buyers, only for some prestigious buyers, loyalty customers, VIP customers, secured customers of MIMIDOIN and some other special cases. 

 

OTHER RULES of COD:

  • COD is only use for orders less than 20.000.000 VND.
  • The red invoice is showed directly
    • In some specific locations, you can pay with m-POS or you can swipe your ATM card with POS of domestic banks (Vietcombank, Techcombank, EximBank, VietinBank, ACB...) taken by MIMIDOIN delivery staff
    • Or swipe Credit Card with some Credit Cards : (Visa card, Master Card, American Express...)
    • Or moblie payment with some Super-VIP customers.

 

Step 1: Customer order online

Step 2: MIMIDOIN  confirms orders via email, phone or other secured forms then the order information is transferred to mimidoin center.

Step 3: Order is moved to the warehouse

Step 4:  Shipping: You can keep track MIMIDOIN shipment information a http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on the lock icon 

Step 5: Customers receive and check goods. Please note to receive enough materials, warranty card, invoice, and sign receipt of goods

Step 6: Customers pay cash to the delivery staff or swipe the Credit Card or ATM card directly with card swipe machine taken by the delivery staff to MIMIDOIN's account and sign  on bill payment card. 

 Step 7: Customers get satisfy and go to Order Management page http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on the lock icon  

of MIMIDOIN to confirm that the transaction is completed. Within 24 hours after the goods have deliveried to the customer, if the customer still does not confirm the completion, the system will automatically complete this transaction.

For small orders, such as food, refreshments ... it is ok to skip step 7.

 

Online payment via OnePay payment gateway PROCEDURE ( Method 2 and 3)

 

2. METHOD 2: Online PAYMENT via dosmetic debit card via OnePAY payment gateway (no ANZ, HSBC, IVB, LienVietPost card):

 

- ATM / Domestic card is a prepaid card issued by a dosmetic bank that connects to a payment gateway.

 - To pay by domestic bank card:

   + The card must register to use the online payment feature or Internet Banking service.
   +  The transaction must be successfully acknowledged by the payment gateway system (guarantee of balance / limit and customer authentication with the card using terms).

 

3. METHOD 3: Payment by Debit / Credit / Prepaid Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AmEx) via the ONEPAY payment gateway (OnePAY does not offer Dinner Club card)

- Apply for credit / debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB ... issued by domestic and foreign banks.

- The transaction must be successfully acknowledged by the payment gateway system (guarantee of balance / limit and customer authentication with the card using terms).

Step 1: Customers order online

Step 2: Customers make payments via OnePay online payment by ATM or Credit Cards as payment form. Note to keep printed or scaned receipts and send receipts to sale@mimidoin.com .

Step 3: MIMIDOIN gets money successfully

Step 4: MIMIDOIN checks and transfer orders to the inspection and confirmation department.

Step 5: Deliver to the assignated address, through MIMIDOIN's shipping agent, customers can keep track of  the shipment information at http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on the lock icon  

Step 6: Customers receive and check goods. Please note to receive enough materials, warranty card, invoice, and sign receipt of goods.

Step 7: Customers get satisfy and go to Order Management page: http://mimidoin.com/history-payment to confirm that the transaction is completed. And the buyers do not have any complaints about the goods. (If after goods have deliveried to customers, but customers still do not confirm the completion, the system will complete this order within 3 days. And the customer will be automatically satisfied. However, MIMIDOIN staff can make phone calls, emails to customers to confirm that customers are satisfied or not.

 

  1. Method 4: Pay directly at branches and shops of  MIMIDOIN

 

  • (NOTE: the location list is on website mimidoin.com) . There are no other places

 

Step 1: Customers order

Step 2: MIMIDOIN confirms the order information and inform the nearest mimidoin shop.

Step 3: The customer pay at the assigned mimidoin (with the address in the order).

Step 4: MIMIDOIN confirm information. Customers take photo of transferrence voucher and send to order@mimidoin.com or mimidoin.sale@gmail.com or send message via  zalo, facebook, viber…

Step 5:  Shipping through MIMIDOIN's shipping agent. Customers can keep track of the shipment information at http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on the lock icon 

Step 6: : Customers receive and check goods. Please note to receive enough materials, warranty card, invoice, and sign receipt of goods.  

Step 7: Customers get satisfy and go to Order Management page: http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on the lock icon   of MIMIDOIN to confirm that the transaction is completed.. (If after goods have deliveried to customers, but customers still do not confirm the completion, the system will complete this order within 3 days. And the customer will be automatically satisfied).

PROCEDURE for cash prepaid at the assigned shop

(CSB1- cash at the station before delivery):

  1. Method 5: Pay directly to mimidoin account:

 

Through bank vire transfer, bank head office or internet banking, custemer can transfer to this account:

  • VND account number: 054 1000 310 962
  • MIMIDOIN CO.,LTD
  • Vietcombank, Chương Dương Branch, Hanoi, Vietnam.

 Note to order number and date..

Step 1: Customers order online; confirmation from mimidoin

Step 2: Customers make payments to mimidoin through bank or this above account number…

Step 3: Customers take photo of receipts and send transferrence voucher to  sale@mimidoin.com or mimidoin.sale@gmail.com or send message via zalo

Step 4: MIMIDOIN receive money, transfer the order to the warehouse, confirm the information with the customer

Step 5: Deliver goods from MIMIDOIN warehouse to the assignated address. Customers can keep track of  MIMIDOIN’s shipment information at http://mimidoin.com/history-payment by clicking on this lock icon 

 

Step 6: : Customers receive and check goods. Please note to receive enough materials, warranty card, invoice, and sign receipt of goods.  

Step 7: Customers get satisfy and go to Order Management page http://mimidoin.com/history-payment  by clicking on the lock icon  

of MIMIDOIN to confirm that the transaction is completed.. And the buyers do not have any complaints about the goods. (If after goods have deliveried to customers, but customers still do not confirm the completion, the system will complete this order within 3 days. And the customer will be automatically satisfied.

 

OTHER PAYMENT REGULATIONS:

- Customers can use both discount codes and these above payment methods codes at the same time.

 - Customers can request to send the goods to the nearest mimidoin shop come to receive there (bring ID card, bill of lading, money tranference ..)
